Review of the mdINR App

Introduction

I had previously submitted a bad rating for the mdINR app and I want to give an update to that rating. I could not figure out how to use the app but my wife was able to figure out how to use it. She led me through the simple steps and it functioned flawlessly. I apologize for the original review and hope everyone reading this review will be able to use the app.

Easy to Use

The mdINR app is really simple to use. It performs easily and is extremely convenient to use, rather than going to a lab for drawing blood weekly. The app provides accurate readings and the results go straight to my doctor, allowing me to make adjustments immediately if needed. The customer service is outstanding and very responsive.

Convenience

I love being able to test at home instead of having to make a trip every week and then waiting 24-48 hours for results. It saves me time and makes my life easier. Reporting results weekly from home has been the most freeing thing ever! I have been able to travel without missing a weekly test. The testing and reporting processes are extremely simple, especially since it has switched to Smartphone reports.

Supply Ordering

I can order my supplies through the app, which is a great feature. It eliminates the need for phone calls and saves time. I receive messages when an order is coming, making it easy to track and receive my supplies.

Issues and Updates

There have been some issues with the app not working properly on certain days, but after updates, it has been working perfectly. The developers have been responsive in fixing any issues and improving the app's functionality.
